• Analytics and click data on Money Links
• Device, browser, IP, and referrer information
• Content you upload, including product files, images, and copy

We use information to operate LinkEase, process payments, deliver purchased items, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the product.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment details under its own privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and product analytics.

We share data with infrastructure, payment, email, and analytics providers only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account, transaction, and content data while your account is active and for as long as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

If you connect a social account (such as Instagram) to LinkEase, we may collect and store:

• Connected social account IDs
• Profile or page names
• Account connection status
• OAuth tokens or platform access credentials, stored securely
• Keyword triggers and automation rules you create
• Message delivery logs and timestamps
• Selected LinkEase money links sent through automation
• Webhook events from connected platforms
• Limited message metadata required to provide the service

You can disconnect a connected social account at any time from Settings → Social Connections. You can request deletion of your account data and connected social data on the Data Deletion page.

LinkEase does not sell user data to advertisers. LinkEase does not ask for your Instagram or TikTok password.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
